Terms & Conditions
**PRIOR TO PLEDGING YOUR DONATION & CLAIMING YOUR GIFT, YOU ARE AGREEING TO TO THE FOLLOWING**
1. All gifts are items that have been donated to us and are Designer Inspired. All Designer Inspired items are GIFTS and are NOT sold to you.
2. During the TikTok Donation Drive we offer a number of gifts that you can choose from based on the amount you choose to donate. The gift are described as shown on live.
3. All gifts chosen by you will be shown by the host on TikTok. Should you also require the images of your chosen gift, you can request the host to send you them.
4. You agree that Survivors.one, is not liable for any gifts you claim.
5. It is a GIFT. Therfore, it can not be exchanged, returned or refunded.
6. After your Donation has been recieved your gift will be posted within 72 hours using either Evri/Royal Mail Tracked for service
7. The Cost of Postage Options for your Gift(s) is at:
- Option 1: £6.00 Signed for Tracked insures gifts to the value of £20.00
- Option 2: £10.00 Signed for Tracked insures gifts to the value of £100.00
Shipping takes upto 7 Working Days. (UK ONLY)*** The £10.00 Postage Charge is per item. The postage should be added to the Donation amount you have pledged.
8. You agree Survivors.one are not liable for any damage caused via shipment. We are not liable for lost packages. You will need to contact the shipping provider to resolve any issues caused during shipment
9.
